Get spicy in the kitchen tonight with grilled lamb steaks served with spicy mango salsa. Perfect for family night, these steaks can be left to marinate and then whacked in the pan for 10 minutes. Serve with crusty bread or good old fashioned chips.

Combine the mango, cucumber and spring onions in a small mixing bowl.
Cut the passion fruit in half and empty the contents into the mixing bowl using a small spoon. Add the lime zest and juice, fish sauce and chilli. Mix and season to taste. Cover and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 30 mins.
Remove the salsa from the fridge ahead of time and set aside. Pre-heat a frying pan without oil on a high heat. Brush the steaks with garlic-infused olive oil, season and place in the pan. Reduce the heat and cook for 4-6 mins on each side.
Serve with the salsa and crusty bread.
The salsa needs to be left to rest so the flavours can mix and develop, and also to create a crunchy-soft effect.
